Ways we help

A completely different approach to feeling well.

Corrective care for the whole family: we find where the spine isn’t moving well, take the pressure off the nerves, and help your body do what it’s built to do.

Your first visit

No surprises. Just answers.

At your first visit you can expect a thorough history, a complete chiropractic evaluation and any x-rays you need. Then Dr. Espinosa answers five questions:

  1. What is wrong and why?
  2. Can chiropractic help you?
  3. What is fixable or patchable?
  4. How long will it take?
  5. What are the fees?
  1. A thorough history

Your health, past injuries, your work and what you love to do.

  2. A complete evaluation

Posture, movement, and the spine itself, joint by joint.

  3. X-rays, if needed

Only the ones that help us see what’s going on.

Meet Dr. Espinosa

From the ballfield to Folsom Boulevard.

Dr. Raymond Espinosa met his wife Angie at El Camino High School and played baseball at Sacramento City College, where a second injury turned him toward chiropractic. With his back stabilized he earned a scholarship to the University of Tennessee, and in 1995 the team went to the College World Series and finished 4th in the nation.

In 1997 he earned his biology degree, married his high-school sweetheart and started chiropractic school. Whew, what a year! Sacramento is home: he and Angie have three children who’ve been adjusted since birth, and they love taking care of this community.

At the front desk is Amy: she and her family have been patients since 2019, and now she’s part of the team. You’ll know her by her warm welcome.

For the little ones

Little spines, gentle hands.

Playground tumbles, heavy backpacks, growth spurts and screen time. Kids’ adjustments are matched to their size, with lighter pressure and smaller techniques.

Elephants never forget

Neither do our patients.

I have been under Dr. Espinosa’s chiropractic care for quite a few years and I will continue that care for as long as I can. I’m 75 and don’t think I would be getting around as well as I do…
