New patients

Welcome to the herd.

Espinosa Family Chiropractic provides the highest-quality care to our patients. Here’s what your first visit looks like, and the forms to bring.

Your first visit

Three steps, no surprises.

  1. A thorough history

Your health, past injuries, your work and what you love to do.

  2. A complete chiropractic evaluation

Posture, movement and the spine itself, joint by joint.

  3. Necessary x-rays

Only the ones that help us see what’s going on.

After your evaluation

Dr. Espinosa answers five questions.

Straight answers before any care starts, so you can decide what’s right for you and your family.

  1. What is wrong, and why?
  2. Can chiropractic help you?
  3. What is fixable, or patchable?
  4. How long will it take?
  5. What are the fees?

Forms to bring along.

Print them, fill them in at home and bring them to your first visit. It saves time in the waiting room.
